1. 中技国际招标公司（以下简称“招标机构”）受南昌铁路局鹰潭工务机械段（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，就其采购下列货物进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人就下列货物和有关服务提交密封投标：

China International Tendering Company (hereafter referred to as the “Tendering Agent”) for and on behalf of the Yingtan Permanent Way Machinery Division Nanchang Railway Bureau (hereafter referred to as the “Tenderee”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of following goods and related services: 

2. 有意向的合格潜在投标人可在招标机构得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Tendering Agent.

3. 合格的投标人资格要求Qualification requirements for the Eligible Bidders：

（1） 在中国境内设有办事处并有专职服务工程师；

The Bidder shall have the representative office with full time technical support engineers in China.

（2） 投标人所提供的货物，在近3年（2009年至2011年）内在中国境内有不少于4台的销售业绩。

The Bidder shall have the Sales Records of at least 4 sets of the proposed goods in P.R.China in the recent 3 years (from the year of 2009 to 2011).

4. 有意向的投标人可从2012年12月25日起至2012年12月31日止，每天（节假日除外）9:00—11:00及14:00—16:30（北京时间，下同）在通用技术大厦一层南大厅标书室（地址：北京市西三环中路90号）购买招标文件，本招标文件售价为每套2000元人民币或350美元，售后不退。

All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to obtain the bidding documents between 9:00-11:00a.m.and 14:00-16:30p.m.(Beijing time) at the Tender Office, South hall of first floor, Genertec Plaza (Address:No.90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu, Fengtai District, Beijing, P.R.China) from December 25, 2012 to December 31, 2012  (Saturday, Sunday and holidays except), upon non-refundable payment of RMB2000 or USD350 for each complete set of biding documents. 

5. 投标文件应于2013年1月14日北京时间10:00时之前递交至南昌铁路局鹰潭工务机械段设备科（地址：江西省鹰潭市东二村13号）。迟到的报价文件将被拒绝。

The bid should be submitted to the Equipment Department of Yingtan Permanent Way Machinery Division Nanchang Railway Bureau (Address: No.13 Dong’er village,Yingtan, Jiangxi,China) before 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) on January 14, 2013.The delayed bid will be rejected.

6. 不接受联合体投标。

Bid from the Joint Venture will not be accepted.

The Invitation for Bids and the Bidding Result of this project will be published on the website of http://www.chinabidding.com.cn/ and  http://www.chinabidding.com/.
